PLACING AN ORDER
SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
All instruments must be sterilized prior to sending in for service. Please package your order in a sturdy box (no envelopes please) and send to our facility using a mail or courier service of your choice. We will send your completed order with the invoice using our chosen courier service and will include shipping charges on your invoice.
PAYMENT AND WARRANTY INFORMATION
Payments may be made by cheque, credit card or e-transfer (jason@sharperinstruments.com) when order is completed. Precision Sharpening & Repair will repair or replace any manufacturer defects free of charge. Defects resulting from the customer’s misuse, abuse, or accident are not included in the warranty. Improper completion of the order form or unclear instructions may invalidate the warranty.
